R9 Magazines???

Is there a source for R9 magazines?   I had heard that checkmate was the OEM back in the day.  Do they still do runs of these?   Is there a secret honey hole one might purchase a couple of mags?

R9 Magazines occasionally pop up on here, eBay and Gunbroker. I don’t believe there is any other source for them.

Well… not having heard from any forum members that they were bidding, I went ahead… OUCH!  Just for the statistical value… with shipping over $200. At least I now have a 3rd magazine.

If you need anymore I'll sell you some new old stock R9 mags cheaper than that.  I think I have 6 or 7 that I could live without.
