Same to you Eric! This would be a great time to finish that Rohrbaugh.45 prototype just hanging around your garage!

It is out there, somewhere. It was welcomed and enjoyed by these people who have it.  We'll see what happens with the venture. You will know about it here should things become more real. As for now, they are interested in the sidearm's design and execution and Karl is waiting for further discussions. That is all I can present at this time.

For those out there who aren't familiar with what we are talking about...take a look at this prototype Rohrbaugh R45...I predict the 2023 Gun of the Year!

What a forum, Duane! Thank you for all that you have done to establish it; continue it; and keep it alive. Of course it would not have been possible without the Rohrbaughs and their amazing firearm.

Thank you for the thought, Norm. . . . . . However, it's much too early for that. Things are still just in the molecular stage, and you know what can happen at that time.  We'll see. . . . . . . I will keep you folks posted the best I can without really divulging anything.

There are now multiple companies producing excellent .45 cal handguns, stiff competition for a new niche offering.  The reward may not equal the financial risk.

I can probably say this in reference to the financial aspect of a possible deal.  We would not personally be making this sidearm. The company that currently has an interest in it would make it, with Karl's input of course, and then we would get a percentage of each pistol sold. Keeps it easy and "clean" for us.

This sounds like the way to go, for sure.
