It will fit, if you use a heat gun to reshape the trigger guard of the LG-479. The trigger guard of the RM 380 is different from the R9. Not by a lot, but enough that the stock LG-479 won't fit without reshaping. Mount the LG-479 on the gun as best as it will fit, then start heating with the heat gun and shaping with your gloved hand. (A glove is not necessary if you are real tough!) It probably won't look as good as a factory job, but it will work.
