Thanks to WGS for the warranty work!
« on: October 18, 2015, 12:43:50 PM »
Just a public "thank you" to Williams Gun Sights for turning around the repairs (broken hammer strut) on my R9s Stealth so quickly -- about a week to turn it around including shipping in both directions.  Thanks also to this site, without which I would have had no idea to call WGS!

The only problem I see with the WGS warranty scenario is that eventually they will deplete their parts inventory, at least in certain categories------then what?

Either they ramp up and make a few extra parts that will wear out over time as in any firearm or they will have to upgrade the warranty work by offering a new model pistol I would think. Either way I believe they will take care of any issues as they come up along the way during this continued transition period.

No parts for mine!  Yeah, it could get pretty bad as they don't seem to have any replacement gun to offer and those who didn't purchase it new will be in a bind.
