I have been regularly searching Google for news relating to Rohrbaugh Firearms.
As you can see, this webpage indicates that as of March 5, 2014, the “Rohrbaugh” trademark formerly registered to Rohrbaugh Firearms is now registered to Para USA.

Para USA, LLC’s website lists their address in Pineville, and I believe that is where their factory is located.
Para USA, of course, is part of the Freedom Group, which includes Remington, Bushmaster, Marlin, and DPMS.
