Geez Turboboost,

You email and the only question you ask is "where am I at?"

I am in Michigan, your ball...

Some sellers state their location out of a desire to conduct a face to face transaction rather than shipping.

Good luck with your sale and your new interest!

Geez Turboboost,

You email and the only question you ask is "where am I at?"
Your a member of this forum, you give me NO idea who, NO questions about the firearm,
But you want to know where I am at.......

I reckon not!

On the flip side of things; when I am on various swap and sell sections of forums and am interested in a gun, I ALWAYS look at the avatar to see where the guy is from. Being from Texas, if your are within a 4 hr drive or so, you are local! ;D   Thus it may be worth the drive to strike a deal.

The past 2 days have been stressful with little to no sleep. So please forgive if I am being dense here.  But why the precaution when you have a screen name?  So what if JimBob knows that Dreamweaver owns an R9 in Smallville,OK?  How can he track you down?

Even if did go further, only meet at a public place, with a friend  or two(armed) for backup.

You are correct, Michigan.
Sorry about the precautions but I have had others (not from this forum) try to scam me in the past.
Also correct that turboname is not on the member list, I checked.

Thanks to all for the feedback, I will lighten up.

Our favorite local LGS owner here in Texas is a CAS of apparently regional if not national renown. I'd never even known there was such a thing until I looked him-up a few months ago.

I might have to watch for and attend one of the local club events to see what this is about, and in particular how the competitions are managed. Seems like it might be a challenge to make sure when the bullets fly, they do so safely!!!?!!!

Sent a pm a couple of days ago, not sure if the forum sent it through as it isn't in my sent folder. Anyhow, I'd like to talk to you about the R9.

Thanks

Max, Do it! go and watch but be prepared to jump in, cause it is so much fun!
Safety is number one.  We have several range officers at every stage, loading bench from where once loaded you can not leave until you move to shoot and then an unloading bench to show open, unloaded and safe firearms.  Its a hoot!
