"Indicating the depth of her research on the issue, she said on Dec. 21st that she had personally looked at pictures of guns in 1993, and again in 2012." Now that's what I call in-depth research -- looking at pictures.
Having once served on a Senate staff, I can just imagine the conversation around the conference room table:
"STAFFER: Just look at the third one from the top on page 23, Senator. It's all black and appears really dangerous.
"SENATOR: Right. Add it to the list."
