Interesting new idea for grips

I had an elephant ear wallet for years - almost 2 decades and it was the best wallet I ever had, I think it's great material, but it's obviously way more expensive than cowhide.

Nice looking but I wonder how they will do soaked with sweat.
There are several grip makers who use snakeskin's on 1911 grips.

Brian's work is extraordinary, and after speaking with him I can vouch that he is a true gentleman. Thanks to MRC for bringing him and his artistry to the attention of this Forum.

Needless to say, being the "grip junkie" that I am, I've been discussing a project with him.
