Yes they are.  Made by Hogue for Sig.  I'm not overly fond of them, but they aren't as bad as the set installed on photo gun on Sigs website.   I've asked VZ if they plan to make G10 grips in the Frag pattern.  A set of those in black and I will be all set.

It ilooks like a fun gun to own and shoot, but it is still single action and I am not ready to carry a pistol that size "Cocked and Locked" especially in my pocket.  I will keep my Solo.    JMO

You will love it.  I did the first part of the review last night and updated the blog.  Probably best if you didn't watch it since I don't want to ruin the surprises.

I'm doing the cocked and locked pocket carry thing with a full mag and an empty chamber today just to see if the unthinkable happens.  The safety detent is quite strong so I would be very surprised if it moved, but we'll just see what happens.  I'm not advocating pocket carry for the 938, but I think people will ask about it as part of the review.

Back in the day when the single-action Colt Mustang was my EDC, its lack of a grip safety combined with my extreme concern for the "family jewels" ( ) persuaded me not to carry it in Condition One. A beaver-tail grip safety makes all the difference for me in that regard, and my 1911 is always carried cocked and locked.

I went through a similar epiphany with the Pocket-lite.  Started out with C&L then changed over to hammer down and locked.  Finally just swapped it out for something else.

I loved my Mustang but never carried it.  It prompted me to buy a Pony Pocketlite and then on to a Pocket Nine.  Both good guns with bad triggers.  My Gunsmith got in touch with Teddy Jacobson about trigger jobs which he declined to do.  He told us that in his opinion the hammers on both guns were too light in weight to drive the friring pin if the spring was any lighter.  I believe him.

I got a chance to get out to the range today and shake out the 938.  It appears that my results were slightly different than Yankee's.

I hope you work out he trigger pinching issue. You may need to Dremel the sharp edge?

Final Review update is up on the blog along with two more videos.  I'm 50/50 as a beta tester and this one falls into the bad half.  Let's hope Sig can get it squared away on the first trip home.
