R9 holster options

I'm hoping I can get a list of available R9 holsters on the market.  Any additional info such as lead times, price and website would be much appreciated.

DeSantis makes their Mini Slide, Mini Slide Thumb break, and Nemesis pocket holsters.

Cobra makes a leather pocket holster and an OWB holster.

Pocket Wallet makes an awesome rear pocket holster. www.pocketholsters.com

Thanks! Do you know how long the lead times are usually?  I just ordered the standard with stitching.  Didn't get a call or email yet...

Robert probably will give a ship time of six to eight weeks and will usually beat that by pretty much.
