Like the article said at the end; it is a good story; looks like not good for reloading.

I predict that if you were dropped in a strange city with nothing but the clothes on your back, you would do odd jobs for a couple of days and use the money you earned to purchase a vendor's license, a small cart, and some goods for sale on the street. I predict that you would then set up your sales cart on the sidewalk in front of a carefully selected building. In a week, I predict, you would have rented the ground floor of that building and moved your operation inside.
