Custom Holster Auction to Support Forum

Hello all,

Justin2922 has donated a holster to be auctioned off here with the proceeds going to support the forum.  Thanks, Justin.

The item is a custom K&D Holsters Pocket Defender for the R-9.  This was a custom order holster made from black stingray. As you can see, the holster had a unique texture to it, and the mark indicating the spine of the stingray is visible on the front edge of the holster.

I don't yet have the holster in my possession, but I saw this holster before Kevin shipped it out, and it is VERY nice.

If you are interested in this holster, please bid by replying to THIS thread.  Bidding will close at 10pm on Sunday, October 24, 2004. Highest bidder wins.  I will pay the shipping to the winning bidder, so the amount of your bid is the total you have to pay.  Payment can be made by PayPal or money order.  All proceeds will go to help support this forum.

For the sake of fairness, I will set the minimum bid at $30, which is less than the cost of a regular leather Pocket Defender.

Very cool - and unusual.  I almost regret the fact that my holster requirements for R9 are met - were I starting off I would be sorely tempted.

Haha ... well, true - sorta!!  It may be about time I photographed my ''holster box'' once more ...... it grows ever bigger.

Funnily enough tho - with the R9 . I do in fact have all my bases covered .... and have not thought of adding any more.  Kevin made me a pocket and a belt slide ..... and I have also grown to like the soft Uncle Mike's Sidekick for pocket use quite often - depends on pants worn on the day.
