Corey.  Go ahead and sell one or two of those bars.  You won't miss them.  With the spot price of gold at $1156 an once, should tide you over for awhile.

Don't want to make light of your situation, Corey, hope you do find a job soon.

News Flash from a new guy.  Was so excited this morning when my FFL called and said my Robar R9 arrived early.  I raced to the shop and was shocked that by mistake I received R45 serial number R45 FIRST.

In my excitement I loaded it with 9MM ammo by accident and it locked up when I tried to chamber a round.  As we waited for a gunsmith to arrive I left the gun on the counter and was distracted by a very attractive woman.  Turns out she was another Russian spy, she took my gun without us seeing and left as we were all goo goo eyed but got arrested and deported in record time.  Don't know where she ditched my R45.  Maybe she smuggled it back to Russia!

Wish I had a picture of it to share.  What a wild day!  Guess I'll have to order another Robar.   ;D

Hayabusa must not be a bonafide gun addict to let himself get distracted by a babe in the presence of THE R45.

Definitely not a bonafide Rohrbaugh addict. ;D

I thought it was a clever story; maybe as fictitious as the R45; or maybe the first R45 will be up for auction on Monday.

The R45 won't be up for auction according to Duane.  Really not fictitious either, at least, we hope not.    ;D

Reinz,

No offense taken, I was just being humble.

I enjoy the tone of the interactions on this forum.  Much different from the Custom Knife and Motorcycle forums I also frequent.  Opinions are expressed here with respect and all seem to enjoy a bit of good humor.

I also believe in earning my credibility wherever I participate.  Hoping I can be a strong contributor here.

Cheers!
Rob
