It's amazing that I haven't developed tyoe 11 diabetes.
I have toned down quite a bit. About 10 years ago when I traveled and had an expense account; I would workout 3 hours a day with 40 minutes of that cardio, just to support my sugar intake. I would have rich deserts after each meal and drink Choclalte malts for snacks, pies, cakes for snacks.
I would wake up in the middle of the night in a hotel, get dressed drive somewhere to get a chocolat fix.
Man it was bad.
