differences between elite, elite premium and robar

Could anyone please tell me the differences between the elite, elite premium and the robar models. I have a standard R9s and would like to upgrade; The little gun is great!

The elite has black slide except for the sides are pollished.  The internals are also pollished and jewled to a higher degree than other Rohrbaughs (basic Rohrbaugh is still very nice and smooth).  They look like this.



The elite premium's internals are like the elite's.  There were only 16 made and have special serial numbers and carbon fiber grips.  They came in a fancy little display box too.  They look like this.



The Robar model has Robars fantastic NP3 finsih on it along with checkered grips.  It looks like this.



There is a Elite or two on the auction sites but their prices are STUPID.  The Robar is the only one still being offered from the factory as far as I know and the one I would pick out of the 3 if I were going to "upgrade."

Welcome to the Forum. Any R9 is a masterpiece. Do yourself a favor and getcha one . . . or two.  Tom Watson ("theirishguard") is a licensed dealer who can get the R9 of your choice sent to your local FFL.
