On my aforementioned cheap digital postal scale my Stealth
R9s weighs 18.1 ounces wth 6 plus 1 Gold Dot 115 grains.

Not an issue.  I'm a happy camper.  I love this little pup just as she is.

Also, I'm reasonably sure that Rohrbaugh must have a plus / minus on their specs for both the frame and the slide.  Maybe mine is on the upper end of the spec for both.  Probably a good thing.

I honestly think it's more an issue of scale accuracy when it comes to the minimum ounces these guns are weighed in at. I used a $230 (wholesale pricing) digital scales to weigh my R9S on and it came to with .05 oz. of their advertised weight. I believe they do actually weigh what their website advertises. The inaccuracies listed I would mark up to the cheaper postal scales many of you say you are using. Here is a link to the company that made the scales I used and they are accurate to .015%.
