Friday - Pick up NEW COATED R-9s
« on: July 13, 2006, 05:22:18 PM »
I just found out that a R-9s we ordered for a friend of mine is the new black coated R-9s. I can't wait to check it out.

Don't know. They indicated it was "coated" and that Rohrbaugh might not be doing any more of them this way. I'll try and post pics Friday evening.

Yes - good to see Cuteo drop in.

Pursuit - not sure I ever said welcome yet :)

Well this would either be an early Stealth or one of the few maybe that went thru the S&W process during evaluation.

Either way - should be nice and yeah - some pics to grace the page will be nice.

Richard: Thanks! It is always good to be here and I am glad to see everyone is well. I've been traveling quite a bit but have always tried to drop by to peek at all the pretty pictures you continually posted! The R9 has been, and still is, my faithful companion and a joy to carry.

Cheers!

HUH???????? It's a STANDARD R-9s!!!

It's NEW where mine is reconditioned and it's a LOWER serial # (R 40X). The ONLY difference I can see is the magazines have been ground along the back edge to remove the welding marks.
