Florida CCW gets better

 Governor Scott signed into law a bill that protects CCW Holders against being arrested due to accidental Flagging or showing of their concealed weapon. It is all part of Florida's revised open carry Law.

Joe.  Before this bill was signed into law, someone could and maybe was arrested for someone seeing their gun even however briefly.

How absurd, and i thought florida had more common sense than new york.

I am not aware of it in Texas.

In fact, we were taught in class and renewal classes about printing being a problem.  That is, cause for arrest.

There's either quite a bit of bad info being spread by TX CHL instructors, or they're looking at cases and statutes that I cannot find.  

I'm fairly certain Texas requires intentional exposure of a gun - a shirt getting blown up, etc doesn't matter.  

Doesn't mean you can't find a jackass w. a badge somewhere.
