Oh yes, it is a carry gun, not a safe queen. In fact, I used it as a BUG for a class a few months ago. It performed very well under pressure.

Suarez International is a training company focused on what actually happens in a fight, and not on what happens in the controlled environment of the range. I have been tasked recently with creating a series of classes on trauma first aid, as well as integrating medical info into various other classes (survival, fitness, knife self-defense, and shooting).

Interesting story on that, really. A friend of mine begged Karl Rohrbaugh personally to make it for him. After getting it, my friend realized his big mitts simply made using that gun a futile effort! He sold it to me, after running only a couple mags through it. I actually called Maria once to order some spare springs, and she confirmed the rarity of the little grey pup. Of course, now they are offering the Robar edition as a stock item, so mine may soon be less rare. So it goes.
