I live in NC, and I am one of the few people that knows were most of the active members live, but you would have to torture me for many days to get that information, (or offer the right amount of money) just kidding about the money.

Been lurking for a while - Very excited about the R9 -
I really appreciate quality. Like most, I have been through all stages and own many brands. Truth be told, I have not even touched a Rohrbaugh as of yet, but from reading here it looks to be a very-very nice, high quality machine.

I like many never saw or touched a Rohrbaugh before I decided to order one from my local gun shop. I have no regrets and wish I had known about them when they first came out. Now I'm looking to get a Seecamp and have never held one but have seen them under glass.  From what I read I don't think I'll be disappointed.

Same here.  Bought the Rohrbaugh and Seecamp .32 sight unseen in March of '09.  Have been proud of each, ever since.  Then the other day, found a very nice Seecamp .380.  These things are rare, at least for me.

I had heard of the Rohrbaugh just through a review in a magazine, and thought "Nice, but not worth that much money".

Then I went to the SHOT show, met the Rohrbaugh brothers, put an R9 in my hands, and knew I was going to get one.

Couldn't be happier.  Welcome.

   I found a 380 model at a gun shop NIB for $859 and $25 shipping, I'm sending him a money order on Monday. I thought for that price if I don't like it I can sell it get my money back with no problem.
