An update, it seems our victim, Mr. McClain, was not as innocent as first reported - looks like he was in the area looking for a little something to celebrate the holidays!

I had a similar situation in Hoboken, NJ.  I was driving a box truck with a drill rig and mobile lab in the back looking for the site I was to work at that night.  Made a wrong turn, and as I turned around I see a couple of shadowy figures up ahead run into the road and put cones out.  I looked at the guy next to me, he said gun it at the same time I down shifted and floored it.
