Being connected to a Company in the business, Kel-Tec, had and has no patents on the gun, there was even a little dealer in Orlando trying to get his Arab hands on building the gun away from Kel-tec..but it was too expensive. Ruger has been playing with this for over two years,,,, They cannot be sued because again there is no Patent, and the gun is a little bigger, this is only what I was told, mine should arrive shortly, I have a 32 keltec that has been cleaned up, with new wolf guide rod and springs, throated and shoots heavy loads all day long...regards Dan
