I would caution proliferation of information that previously was found to be in violation of an existing patent without consuling with your attorney first.

It would seem to me (a non attorney) that if the information itself was a in violation it would have or should have been removed from the forum and and any other place it was posted, just a simple click or the mouse.

But thats just my non attorney way of thinking.

Steve having to take down his free info was kinda silly BUT hijacking DavidS's classified add with info on another tool was not fair to DavidS and is NOT typical of the high class/taste post that are normal on this forum.

Joe - I like your well thought out argument and it makes perfect sense to me.
Unfortunately, all the threatening lawyer double talk worked as planned.

Recieved this from DavidS on June 5th:

Setup is in progress. Checkback with me at . . . . in approx 1-2 wks. The website and pmt should be fully operational by then. Thanks, DS

I removed his email address, sounds like he's getting closer.

It's freely available. Lots of us saved it. Lots of us have used it for years. Unless the plumbing parts suppliers get shut down...  :)

kind of funny business sense to post an announcement of a product you are offering, and then you go away on vacation the next day and no concern for answering email or posted messages for that time. why not just post the offer when you return so you could be on top of questions?

Got mine yesterday.  I have to agree with the above statement.  Very simple and easy to use.  Almost idiot proof.

Thanks
