Customer Service?  Try this...put my order in through Paypal last night.  E-mail from David ten hours and 59 minutes later letting me know my package will be shipped tomorrow morning.

And that's a Saturday night order, Sunday reply.  Appreciate it, David!

I purchased one a while back. Finally used it last Week End. WOW, Did I say WOW, it was super easy and made the takedown and re-assembly a breeze. I would honestly recommend to anyone with a Rohrbaugh.

Are we tired yet of reading how 100 brothers say it's great. How about some comments if anyone found that it doesn't work good, (even though there probably aren't any). We get the idea already, it works great. This thread is getting a bit monotonous. It's starting to get like Fox News talking about the Tea Party.

Well since you asked...

Mine does not work that well at all.  I have to push and twist, angle the gun bend over look , press, twist .....

Heck, it's easier just to do the old manual way I always have without tools.

Sorry- hate to be the KilJoy, but you asked.

OK now, we are finally getting somewhere. finally this thread might get interesting again after all. I guess i will remain subscribed to this thread. i was going to unsubscribe due to the monotonous content of the posts. the whole dynamic of problem solving is what makes for the most interesting threads, and the universal agreement of the 100 posters up until today got old pretty fast. How many posts can you read stating "wow, great product, saves me time, works as advertised"?  Now Stormy, what other observations do you have to share regarding the tool?

I haven't looked at it That closely.  I fiqure I will at some point and do some grinding or sanding here or there and that should fix it.

I haven't brought it up, because I feel that if it is a real problem, I should give David S a chance to remedy the situation rather than roast his product on a public forum.

And I am not worried.  I feel that David will make it right if I bring it to his attention - as long as I have not ground on it yet- and I guess that is why I have put it off, both ways.

Reinz, The device is designed with 5/1000 of a inch override to allow adequete depth when the slide rod nut loosens. Which it can do after extended shooting.
When using the device press it straight down at 90 degrees to the table to full depth. If you are not lined up precisely put light pressure on the pin and let the frame rise, it will line up .
Always check the guide rod nut with reassembly. DavidS

The factory is focused on gun prod only, so I will continue aftermarket sales. Thanks for the feedback. I did get the order on gmail and it was sent. Thanks, David

David S.,
I was looking into purchasing your device for some buddies of mine for Christmas that love their Rohrbaugh R9's , but they have a hard time taking their guns apart. How long does it take to ship your device? Is shipping included in your product's price? Thanks.
