A while back I wrote to the administrator about the situations like you've mentioned, Reinz. I had tried to buy a revolver and there were communication/time issues that could have been permanently corrected for future transactions. The response I received was rude, self important, and arrogant. I interpret that as they don't want any suggestions on how to improve their customer service reputation and would really prefer I don't bother them further.
I accommodated them and cancelled all connections with GA.
