WTB - Powell IPS for Rohrbaugh
« on: February 05, 2011, 11:44:03 AM »
If anyone has a Powell IPS for the R9 that they aren't using, please let me know.  I'd like to try one and see if it works for me.

Send me a message or post on this thread.

Thanks!

FYI, Jim Powell's shop is closed, UFN. The last I heard was that he was recovering from surgery but that has been quite awhile ago. His last website was leatherandstuff.net. I just called Jim and his wife said he is still in recovery and hopes to start up again in a couple of months.

Thanks Tracker.  I knew that Jim was in recovery for his back.  I picked up one of his wallet holsters before his surgery and would have picked up the IPS if I had the Rohrbaugh at that time.  I believe he's been trying to get back into the shop for the last several months, but recovery has taken much longer than he originally expected.  So, since I would like a holster now, I'm forced to the second hand market.

As you probably know, the inimitable R.J. Hedley was influential in Jim's holsters, also.

Selling a Ross Leathers version of the IPS.

Not sure if it will fit the Rohrbaugh.

Dimensions are on a post on the Seecamp forum.
