Yeah, that hasn't worked out for some people in other states that tried other stuff like it.

However I do applaud our legislators for taking a stand.  Along the same logical lines as States saying it is legal to sell weed, although it is illegal in the entirety of the US due to federal law.  Taking back our states rights is a thing I will support, even though it didn't work out well for my kin 155 +/- years ago.

Sent in my fingerprints today for the 9mm can speaking of sound moderators.  Yes, they were quick to process the payment.

They need to ditch the whole barrel length and silencer part of the NFA.  But we all know that politicians and logic are never in the same room together.

Gotta realize that in many places now sound trackers identify gunfire and location.  Cops presumably don’t wish to lose this capability?

That is an excellent point; also, police are universally opposed to constitutional carry which is now being considered in Texas. Below is a transcript of an interview with Miami Police Chief Art Acevedo by John Dickerson of CBS:

Tattoo is absolutely correct.  AA is a clear and present danger to our Constitution and way of life.  He is the worst kind of public servant media whore.

Our Constitution has withstood far greater challenges than AA's lip service.

Good run down Tracker.

Too bad some of those are for optics only and will not carry the force of law.

Sept. 1 will be interesting in this state.  Going to avoid crowds for a while, LOL.
