Just Like the title says:

R9S w/ Black OEM Carbon Fiber Grips, Deer Park Serial # R2xx

Face to Face in WA / Seattle / Everett Area / handshake deal

Case, 2 mags, Clipdraw (installed can come right off)

I put 100 rds Gold Dot (no issues at all) and previous said was used only a little. Carried some but in great shape.

Clip is secured by 3M aircraft adhesive. Never came loose. Works perfect for carrying without a holster.

Yep.  I was seeing those screws in that clip and saying, Oh no, not into the slide.  Glad that was cleared up!
