R380 mods
« on: October 06, 2014, 04:02:33 PM »
I was thinking about doing these mods to my Rohrbaugh and just wanted to get some feedback on whether or not I was wasting my time/money?

-Lower & Flare Ejection Port
- Polish & Tune Extractor
-NP3+Mags, Plunger, Trigger, Mag Pins, Mag Release,
-Barrel & Barrel Pins, Guide Rod and Remain Internals
-Serrate Top of Slide
-DLC the slide

Let me know your thoughts

I don't think you are wasting your money if you plan to carry the heck out of it.

Custom mods like that are never a good "investment" for purposes of resale.  In fact, keeping the gun stock would probably make it worth more money ulitmately given the small number produced.

So... it depends... on if you want a shooter or a collector gun.

Personally, I probably would not.

IMO anything that you can afford to make it more reliable (if that is needed) is worth doing, but for a belly gun (10 yards or less) anything else is needless expense.
