FFL in Az
« on: August 10, 2012, 09:22:05 PM »
Does anyone of a good FFL in Az, I am finally home from Afagnistan and ready to buy me a new pup from Tom but my FFL now wants $40 for the transfer. I know most people out here will do it for $15 with a CCW, so I am looking for some one new. Please let me know if you have dealt with anyone in Az, and had a good experience, thank.

DDDonkey,

Thank you for your service to our great country. I am not in AZ but i would recommend calling a few pawn shops, as a lot of them have FFLs and will do a cheap transfer. Good luck getting the pup and please post some pics and feedback when you get it.

What part of Arizona?
I know of one in Prescott who transferred an R9S for me for $25.
Happy to reveal the dealer if you want to use him.

From one family of vets to another vet, thank you for your service & welcome to the forum.  I ended up using Gunbroker.com to find a bunch of local FFL's when I bought my R9S.  In your case, I typed in the zip 85309 and came up with 10 pages of FFL's, from about 3 miles out on page 1 to 26 miles out on page 10 and with widely varying prices.  I hope I'm not breaking any rules here with the following link,

Good luck in your search for a good FFL.
