I think these are great guns. I'm a bit of a Ruger fan anyway...well, I say that but I've never owned one of their auto pistols besides the MK's & 22/45 types.

I do like Ruger; don't have a .357 yet, however..........................

My only Ruger now is a 10/22 but I have owned the LCP, MK II Hunter, SP 100, and a 454 Ruger Alaskan, Ruger revolvers are built like tanks and I don't think anyone will ever come out with a better selling 22 rifle than the 10/22.

Agree on the 10-22. I have a couple of them, one is late 70's, early 80's vintage. I put a Butler Creek bull barrel and Hogue rubber overmolded stock on it. It's a champ to shoot. The other is a stainless/synthetic that I got a few years ago. They are just great little plinkers. I've had several of their revolvers over the years and they are indeed built like tanks.

I really like my SP101 in .357, a totally solid piece of metal and fun to shoot. Also if you get close enough you could pistol whip a grizzly with it!
