Help? Order times r9 stealth
« on: February 13, 2009, 07:12:14 PM »
Can someone tell me if they recently got an r9 stealth and how long it took to get in.  I was told my gun was ordered back in October and I still have received the gun.  I ordered it from a dealer In my state of NY and he claims they are taking a while to get them produced.  I feel like im getting the run around.  Can someone please help and let me know if these guns are taking this long to come in.

I don't know about your Stealth but other guns, a Glock 17,
for example, are virtually unobtainable due to supply/demand
issues. That probably isn't the case here but I understand how
you feel when something you want is agonizingly slow to arrive.

I ordered my R9 stealth at the end of August through a local gun shop, and we were told it would take ~9-10 weeks to fill the order.

In fact, it took (if I remember correctly) just a little over a month until I got the call. It was like Christmas coming early :)

We are pretty lucky here in Jacksonville, FL. We have a local gunshop that has a standing order at all times with Rohrbaugh. They presently have (3) R9S Stealths  and (3)R380 Stealths.

if the dealer you ordered it from is not a Rohrbaugh dealer, it could take awhile. I suggest you send DTM_39 a PM and give him the name of the dealer so he can check it out.  Tom

Arego's Guns in Hot Springs, Arkansas had at least one in stock yesterday. phone is 501-760-2330. Benny Arego is the owner and a good guy to deal with.  He will ship to your FFL.

I purchased mine from Northide Loan in Atlanta. I was told 10-11 weeks and the pup showed up exactly on the tenth week.

I can get them quicker than that and I ship all over the country to customer's local dealer.  Tom
