Picked up my first R9S Stealth today.
« on: April 27, 2010, 09:22:08 PM »
Man, the R9S Stealth looks and feels better than I ever expected. Already ordered some dog houses (Mecos for the pup) and thinking I need to get another R9S Stealth...

Congrats on getting the Stealth.
You can never have too many pups, but over four may require a kennel license.;D
My problem is I want one of everything, and not usually two of the same thing. But a different color may count.

These things just grow on you.  The more you have, you can't wait to get the next one; then the kennel stage.    ;D

Congrats,

I use to say that at least my gun hobby was cheaper than my motorcycle hobby, untill I found this forum.

BTW, I'm traveling home tomorrow (cutting my trip short) and my R9 Steath is waiting for me at my FFL. Going from the airport directly to the gun shop to pet my baby and pat it, probably saying something like "it's a good boy"

Went to the range today. Shot 25 rounds of Federal 115 FMJ and 25 rounds of HydraShock 147g. All rounds fed properly. Could not tell much difference in the recoil of the 115g vs. 147g. By the end of the session, I was placing the rounds within 8 inches at 25 feet. Great day...great gun.

Excellent.  Great range report and rightly so.
