Tonyp:
That's a real beauty! Congratulations on acquiring it. And welcome to the Forum.
With regard to your R9's jeweling, I would guess that the work might have been done by Ford's Cutom Gun Refinishing (
http://www.fordsguns.com/ ). Ford's does the jeweling and refinishing of the IMI MR Desert Eagles, and the jeweling on your R9's magazine looks like that on the appointments of my DE .50AE:
As for holsters, we have at least four superb gunleather artists who belong to the Forum and who produce extraordinary holsters for the R9:
R. J. Hedley (Hedley Pocket Holsters at
http://www.hedleyholsters.com/ );
Kevin Manley (K&D Holsters at
http://www.kdholsters.com/ );
Ron Graham (Graham Custom Gunleather at
http://www.grahamholsters.com/ ); and
Matt Del Fatti (Del Fatti Leather at
http://www.delfatti.com/ ).
R. J. Hedley is currently not taking new orders while he works on a backlog, but if you watch the classified section of the Forum you may occasionally see one of his holsters being offered there. (If you see a Hedley holster being offered, though, you need to act fast since it will probably be snatched up within an hour or two of being posted. The same applies to a holster by any one of the other three men.)
The following thread contains a large number of additional links to holster makers:

You now own an outstanding example of what I consider to be the finest pocket pistol yet produced. I've been carrying and shooting mine since May 2004. It has shown no vices. Just to show how well the R9 ages, here is mine in a recent shot with its Hedley holster:
