Over Lubed?

Shooting my R9 at the range recently and i noticed that the magazine lips and a small potion of the bullet had grease on it.  I would clean it off and shoot a few more rounds and it would be back.  I lube it as per the pictures.  Could I overlube it to cause this.  Anybody else experience this?

I have not noticed this, but I can't say I've looked for it either.
