My local dealer gets the Speer 115 grain Gold Dots for me. They are generally available in this area. I have also gotten them from Cabela's.
Although I have some, I haven't used the Militec grease on the R9. I use the Militec 1 oil. I haven't noticed any signs of excessive wear on the gun but I have also shot less than 500 rounds thru it. Reliability has been good with the Speer Gold Dots. I am sorry that I can't be of more help.
