TW-25B Lubricant
« on: October 10, 2006, 09:10:14 AM »
I posted this under R9 & Accessories by mistake.  Is anyone familiar with this product? It is claimed as a super, long lasting lubricant that greatly reduces parts friction and handles heavy load bearing and extreme pressure conditions.  Temperature range is -90 to +450F.  It is also claimed to resist wash off, wear off and burn off. I understand the military including the Seals use this product.
Thanks

I have used it successfully for years on my daily-carry P-32. Not only does it work, but pocket lint will blow off.

It gets a good mention in Larry Vickers' article on lubrication:

If you're not familiar with Mr. Vickers this brief military bio from his site will bring you up to speed on his 20+ years in Army special ops - 15 of them in Delta. Interesting reading:

Hey WS6,

My "militec" came today as well. I'll let you know how each of them perform.
