That's good advice for all Forum members who reside in Ohio!

The Tennessee Legislature passed the "Castle Doctrine" statute in its most recent session and the Governor has just signed it into law. My local state senator and representative were probably tired of getting my e-mail messages by the time the law was enacted.

It is now Sept 1 and our castle doctrine in Texas is now law. ;D ;D ;D  Tom
