I lost count but I was curious about the steel and wood
business and wondered if you carried that same criteria
over to your vehicle choice; if so, that plastic steering
wheel must drive you crazy: all in good fun--no big deal.

I have 4 handguns, I have many other longguns and a submachine gun with a supressor.

At least my steering wheel is leather wrapped.

I don`t know how many passed through my hands(thousands as ii was an FFL dealer) but Ii keep about 30 or so plus a bunch of long guns now for personal use.Way down from my dealer days. :-/

There is an article in the above magazine Feb. 2007 on the
FNH FNP-9 9MM; it may be a different model than yours but
it is DA/SA decocker.
It might be helpful to read even though it may not be any-
thing you do not already know.

I will try to read the article the next time I am at Wal Mart or another store with a magazine rack.  If I like some of the other articles I will even buy a copy.

Riffraff -since I own most of the common guns,i.e., Glock,Sig,Berretta,CZ,Colt,  etc, I won't be offended by anyones negative comments about any gun.  And conversely, no one should think I'm trashing one as well.

Since you own the two guns in question, no use to go into that.  But I do agree with Firebreather in that CZ's are the secret of the gun world.  I owned a few Bren Tens before I got my first CZ.  The Bren is basically a CZ on steroids so it could handle the 10mm.  If any 10mm lovers out there, if you don't have a Bren Ten(or shot one), you haven't experienced the 10mm yet.

To chime in with Flyandscuba, the HK P7's are an awesome gun.  Due to your comments about  the P7, I assume you never "went through one".  If you have not shot a P7,  if you ever get an opportunity, try one out.  You will not regret it.  All you will be risking is the time and ammo.  It is as simple to shoot as a revolver, after it is loaded and chambered that is.  Some people are intimidated by the weird looking squeeze -cocker.  Once you squeeze it,  the gun is as natural to shoot as anything- and very accurate since the barrell is frame mounted.  
HK lovers please don't flame me on this ,  I'm  going from memory on something I read many many years ago about the actual squeeze-cocker, so my number may be off a little.   To actually squeeze cock the gun takes 8-10 lbs of pull, but to hold it down to shoot only takes 2 lbs.
Meaning, your wrists and forearms will not be all sore from shooting outtings.
Also the sqeeze-cocker is the slide release and safety.

To me the only down side to the gun is cost, actually more than a pup - comparing new to new.  And when carrying in a holster it is very grip heavy - balance wise, since it is a short barrelled gun.
I know after this post it may sound like I'm an HK or P7 freak.  I'm not, I just like most any gun like most gun freaks.
