I am blaming PCA for this - as he'd asked me about stuff like S&W 500, Ruger 480 etc. well, I doubt I'll get those (yet!!
) ... as I have a reasonable cannon selection.
So for fun - I'll post portraits of the cannons ... cos I need little excuse! One or two have been seen before I am sure.
The Magnum Research BFR. Chambered 45-70, which I load with a 405 grain hard cast bullet from Lasercast ... over 41.5 grains Reloader 7. Yields approx 1550 ft lbs. Sight is a Bushnell Holosight.

Taurus Raging Bull in .454 Casull. Nice shooter tho not as tough I feel as Ruger. Still using Hornady hot 300 grain XTP loads but reloading about to start. Bushnell EER scope.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Long barrel SRH, in .454 Casull. Millet red dot. Still original grips. The Hornady load yields about 1850 ft lbs.
Long barrel SRH but in .44 mag .. again Millet red dot. Hogue grips.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Ruger Super Blackhawk ... .44 mag. B-Square mount and budget red dot.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Finally, a T/C Contender - this with .223 barrel but I have a .44 mag barrel as another option. Redfield EER scope. Absolute darned tack driver at 100 yds - you'd think it was a rifle grouping almost.
Edited for the ubiquitous typo's !!!
