My Piece of Rohrbaugh History

I received a very cool surprise in today's mail.

Eric sent me a set of the original R-9 blueprints that were used to program the CNC machines, dating back to 2004.  These prints even reflect some of the production changes in specs over time, with handwritten changes.  The photo below is a teaser -- one corner of one of the sheets.

I am very grateful to be one of few custodians of this artwork, and I plan to have it nicely framed for display in my office at work.  What a conversation piece!

What a fantastic gift. Duane you deserve it for what you have done for the Rohrbaugh community.  Another example of what a stand up guy Eric is.

That's way beyond cool.  If you want it to last (and I mean really last) try to find a document conservation outfit that will de-acidify the paper and frame it with acid free matting.  That way it should outlast all of us.  (As it should..)   That's a nice little piece of firearms history you have there.
