Merry Christmas
« on: December 23, 2013, 06:59:09 PM »
It has been my practice to post Christmas greetings here each year along with a photograph of Critter Creek or the Great Smoky Mountains in snow.  As I post this, however, it is 39 degrees outside at Critter Creek.  The forecast predicts 34 degrees tomorrow and 45 degrees on Christmas day.  So much for a "White Christmas."

However, it did rain today up the mountain, so this photograph is the best I can offer this year:

Merry Christmas and a very happy New Year to all.
