Since David is no longer selling his patented device and Yankee's stock of R. J. Hedley's "Two-in-One Stop Sticks" is now depleted, if you get no response to your inquiry you might want to consider making your own tools.  Here are links to some threads that contain a few of the DIY approaches, including adaptation of such mundane things as paperclips, chopsticks, toothbrush handles, Q-Tips, and specific PVC couplings:

I have extra tools but channel locks work just fine. ;)

I don't have any tools for sale. Take down tools are nice but you don't need them.

I asked Lisa Hedley if she had any of her father's take down tools left.  She came up with a drawing and I believe as we speak she has someone lined up to make these.   8)
If I bleat when I speak, it's because I've just been fleeced.

Lisa is terrific and continues the legacy of RJ; she is quite an artisan as well. These tools may not be necessary but they lighten the burden of disassembly/reassembly considerably in the early stages of ownership.
