When I saw it was nearly 50 minutes long, I did not think I was going to get through it.  Then, I lost track of time, was fully engaged in the video and the next thing I knew it was over.  Fantastic learning experience.  Some of the examples the speaker gave I never in a million years would have thought of.  Thanks for posting.
