Price check on Stealth model
« on: July 02, 2010, 12:33:45 AM »
Hello everyone. I've been waiting for months now for my FFL to call  me to say he has a Rohrbaugh in stock.
Well he called and said he got a used Stealth for 1025.00.
I really wanted a new standard model, but I'm tempted to give this one a serious look.
Is this a fair price? I haven't seen it yet and do not know how old it is.

I like to haggle so I would start with an offer of $999 out the door and see if they bite.  It is fair as marked though. I've seen them go for $1139 new as of late but that is before shipping and transfer fees.

sk65.  Welcome to the Forum.  What Brenden and Corey said.  Again, welcome and good luck on the Stealth.

Welcome to the group.
If you are interested in a standard model I can give you the number of a shop that had one for $900.

Thanks everyone!
I went and looked at the used Stealth model today, and WOW, the trigger is amazing on these guns.
The price is 1000.00 but there are a couple of nics on the frame, no big deal, but I might have to pass on it for now. It's hard to put that kind of money on a high end item like this with even a couple of dings on it. But who knows, tomorrow I might change my mind if they can come down on the price some. Maybe if I offer 925.00 to them.
And yes, please send me that phone number, I might give them a call.
