theirishguard shiping price?
« on: March 21, 2008, 09:33:44 PM »
Hi everyone! it seems like every time I get close to saving enough money for an Elite something comes up and I end up disappointed.:'(

Sow I need a close price shipping a R9. Emails to theirishguard hasn't given me a total cost including shipping sow I'm asking here what is a ball park cost on shipping a R9 in the 48 states?

Is the theirishguard still in good standing with everyone on this board?

p.s. Dues all Elite's come with sights?

Thanks,

Tom's is one of the outstanding guys on this board and Seecamp forum.  I don't think you will have a problem.   Tom's a good guy, and my dealings with him were very good.  He also gives what I'd consider a LOT of good (and free) advice.  He helped a friend of mine at a gun show who acquired an R9 AFTER asking Tom (who wasn't selling it) if he thought it'd pass muster.

I bought my Stealth from Tom back in November. I picked it up in person as opposed to having it shipped, but I can indeed say that Tom was a class act and easy to deal with.

rod, I would love to and can get you an Elite. My process is simple a $100 deposit gets the order started. Then the balance needs to be paid when the gun ships to me. Rohrbaugh uses UPS and it runs around $50 a pistol to ship since it needs to come next morning air insured. I pay that charge. In an effort to save customers money I am now shipping USPS priory mail, 3 day service. It runs about $20+ ,I only charge actual shipping charges so prefer to ship it and then let you know what the actual charges are, you can pay me by check. I hope this helps. Tom

I have purchased a R9, a LWS 32, and a LWS 380 from Tom.

One great honest guy.
