I have a ''Pro-tech outdoors'' - velcro strap on and pretty effective, for me.  It is about sized for a Keltec I think but suits fine for R9.

R9 ankle carry is BUG when pocket will not do - so not that often but - if pants suitable it works just fine.

Has anyone tried that one that Rohrbaugh sells for $44? It looks pretty decent for the money.

With a couple of modifications, the Uncle Mike's works just fine for me.

For years I wanted to find an ankle holster that I liked. Back then I carried only all steel J frame pistols.

I got the Graham ankle holster, and my original intent was to use it only on special occasions. But as it turned out, it is the only way I carry my Rohrbaugh now.

It is not the holster design as much as the combination of the gun and holster.

The only problem: Is that I forget that the gun is there!

I haven't tried this but this looks to be 1st class for an ankle holster: Lou Alessi 's. This specific one is for the LWS gun, but you can get one for the R9s.

I have two Alessi ankle holsters:  one for my Glock 26 and one for my Kel-Tec P-32.  They are without question the best ankle holsters I have ever used.  Mine are both open top.  If he makes them for Rohrbaughs, that would be my first choice.

Ron Graham used to make an ankle holster - the one GeorgeH now uses - based on the Alessi pattern that was sold through Rohrbaugh's website, but I don't see it there now.  It might be worth checking with Pale Horse Holsters to see if Ron still makes it.  I bet he does.

Hi Richard:

I haven't really gone anywhere. I've just been reading more than posting.

If you want an ankle holster, contact Palehorse and place the order through them.
