The paragraphs in the article (which deals with guns one can comfortably carry all day, every day) dealing with the R9/R9s places "our" gun between the Kahr and the Kel-Tec, praises its precision machining and fit ,and ease of pocket carry.  The article is not about accuracy, reliability, or any other aspect specifically to do with shooting function, but only handiness.  The article says the only bad thing about the Rohrbaugh is its lack of ready availability and that its scarcity (like the Seecamp) keeps the price up.
