My guess is not for a while. California requires an external safety. That will require a redesign of the gun. But, California is a huge market, and I expect that after a couple of years, and after Rohrbaugh's future is secure, that they may then look at a California redesign.
But, for right now, excluding CA and MA, the rest of the country is plenty market enough.
