I'll probably be there.  Will Rohrbaugh be introducing anything new?

I, my brother, his gf, my Dad, and my buddy will all be there.

Made my hotel reservations the other day.  Waiting was not a good idea, now I'm a bit off the beaten path.  Still only 3 miles away though, so I can always get a little exercise if I can't find a cab.

I'll be there for the week -- not staying near the Convention Center, but in Lake Buena Vista.

I spoke with Eric a couple weeks ago and I believe the main "new" item to be highlighted for release this year will be the final rendition of the R-380.  Although the prototype has been around for a while and maybe even made an appearance at last years Shot Show (??) this gun has evolved a bit from the original and I believe orders are actually going to be taken this year at the show.  That said...it is my understanding the first 600 R-380s have been committed to a vendor out west with special plans for them.

My name is already on the list for first available.  Like Duane, I had the good fortune to test the R-380 prototype a couple years ago and decided then and there it was a must have.  I'm somewhat of a .380 nut anyway, and have to say that I found it to be very pleasant to shoot = low recoil and quite accurate...I would go so far as to say it was the finest .380 I have ever seen or shot - and that includes a lot of guns.

I got to meet the Rohrbaugh team at SHOT today and it was a pleasure! There seemed to be quite a lot of interest in their products.  They had the .380 in stainless, no sights.  It felt and looked just like the R9.  Maybe I’ll “trade down” ;)

I stopped by the Rohrbaugh booth as well today.  Got to meet Karl, Eric, Eric's wife, and Maria.  All great folks.  Got to handle the R380 as well.  Only saw Desantis holsters displayed though.  They had their NRA award out - what a true honor that has been for them.

I too, got to meet and visit with the Rohrbaugh brothers yesterday and today -- super gentlemen!

BTW, you might want to check out a reply I posted in Aglifter's R45 thread in the "Rohrbaugh Wish List" forum... ;)

Talked a bit with Eric and Karl both Saturday and Sunday.  The new guns look great.

Eric's wife took this excellent picture.  For those who can't figure it out, from left to right is: me, Karl, Maria and Eric.

This is basically the whole booth and all the guns on display, except for one in a wood & glass presentation box.

By all accounts they had a great show.   Funny how just in the short time I was at the booth I heard a few people say they hadn't heard of Rohrbaugh before, and then find themselves amazed by the diminutive little pup.

Thanks for the report and the photograph!  I just wish I could have attended the Show.
